      <description>&lt;P&gt;I broke my phone and had an e sim card.&amp;nbsp; I purchased a new card and have put it in my new phone.&amp;nbsp; How do I activate it?&amp;nbsp; I went into the "change my sim card" under my account in the mobile app but it keeps trying to send the verification code to the phone number&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;click "Didn't Receive code" or "resend code" , and you can then choose to receive code via email or voice message.
