Would be easier if an agent could make the switch.

You could do that but there's the cost for new networks sim and a plan. Then you need a new Public Mobile sim or esim. Sometimes transferring your number to new network can be flakey. If you're not please with the Public Mobile plan you currently have, I would suggest you just log in to your Public Mobile account and see if there's a plan that better suits your need. I'd also suggest you log in to your plan once in a while to stay current on what's available to you as not everyone see the same menu. You didn't say which plan you have right now, but log in and have a look. Unfortunately, the 50% Off offer is for new activation only.

How can I switch my current to plan to the 80GB $25/month offer they have?
Been with Public Mobile for 5+ years now and my current plan is laughable. I'll otherwise switch to another provider as it'd be foolish not to at this point.

Could I just port my number somewhere else, create a new PM account, and then port it back and get the promo? Would be easier if an agent could make the switch.
