      <description>&lt;P&gt;With PM, when you change phone, you don't transfer the esim but you simply buy a new one using the app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Download Public Mobile ap on the new phone and login.&amp;nbsp; Then go to Account -&amp;gt; Purchase Sim card and choose eSIM and buy and install&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if your last eSIM was bought at least 15 days ago, it will be free&lt;/P&gt;</description>
