Hi, I just paid for a new plan but chose ESim by mistake. My I phone 11 is a non ESim model and does not have an EID, so I'm stuck in an activation loop. I now have a physical sim I purchased through Amazon. Can you please update my account to this physical SIM?

Unless it was an iPhone from China.

You can check your phone settings to confirm it is eSIM compatible.

Go to Settings-Cellular-look for Add eSIM. If your iPhone 11 have this setting then it is eSIM compatible.
