first..make sure your ce4ll accepts hard sim. Then, get a sim either from Public Mobile or Amazon. Once you have it, log in to your account using the app > find the Account tab at the bottom of the page > scroll down to see Change your sim number. Enter the number on that hard sim and save. Delete the esim. The question is...why would you wanna change now that you have an esim already ?

Buy a sim card from a local local Telus or koodo shop. When you have it, just sign into your account, click Click on The Profile tab and change the SIM card number.

Or change it from the Account section on the Public Mobile app.

You will need to purchase a new unused physical SIM card. Once you have the physical SIM, enter the new number into your self serivce account, under Profile section.
