    <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi, I recently got a new phone and I’m trying to transfer my eSIM.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Based on the guidelines, the eSIM replacement should be free if:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My current eSIM has been active for more than 15 days&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’m doing an eSIM-to-eSIM transfer&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I did not delete my existing eSIM&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I believe I meet all of these conditions, but when I try to proceed, it still shows a $5 charge.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Could someone please help check if this is an error or assist with waiving the fee?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you in advance!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
