      <description>&lt;P&gt;What exactly does double billing mean? Did you pay manually and the system also charged you same day? Extra credits will just remain on your account to help offset next month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile's policy is no refunds.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
