Billing and Available Funds&lt;BR /&gt;I am currently subscribed to the $40 60GB plan with a 50% discount for 24 months, so I should be paying $20 per month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, my recent automatic payment seems to have failed, and I had to manually make a payment through the website. During that process, I was charged the full $40 instead of the discounted $20.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I noticed that $20 has been added to my Available Funds.&lt;BR /&gt;Could you please confirm:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will this $20 be automatically applied to my next billing cycle on April 24?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or do I need to take any action to ensure it is used correctly?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Login Verification Issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am currently unable to receive verification codes when trying to log in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems that my account may have an incorrect phone number set for verification.&lt;BR /&gt;Could this please be checked and corrected so I can receive verification codes properly?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/640186"&gt;@Lucylucky&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for the login issue, since you can login, you can update the phone number yourself.&amp;nbsp; Just go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Profile &amp;gt; Managed EverSafe ID&lt;/STRONG&gt; and update the phone number there.&amp;nbsp; Or use the direct link:&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://eversafe.id.telus.com/user/changephone" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://eversafe.id.telus.com/user/changephone&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;For the billing, you have a 50% discount, but the original plan value is still $40. PM will add a $20 bill credit to your account ever month and will then charge your card $20 + tax.&amp;nbsp; PM will deposit the $20 credit every billing cycle.&amp;nbsp; This is how billing for your plan with a 50% discount will work&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
