      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/597659"&gt;@Evie59&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Yes just take &amp;nbsp;physical SIM card out of old phone and simply put it in new phone and reboot the device that’s it , but if you have eSIM then you need to download public mobile app to new phone and rebuy eSIM and it will be free at check out . If you have any issues come back here and we can further advise&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you. I do believe it is just a regular SIM card that I purchased from Public Mobile when I joined.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;When I did just insert the SIM card - how long until Public Mobile recognizes it.&amp;nbsp; As it was only showing Emergency Calls Only, not the Public Mobile.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
