My old phone crashed, bought a new one and trying to log in to transfer the number but in order for me to log in to do that I have to verify with my number but I do not have access to it

There should be an option to send the code ti your email address.

Click didnt receive this code? And select email. The code will be sent to your email address on file which you can then use to log into your account.

Do you possibly then know how I could transfer the number? Everytime I enter it it says invalid

If your phone broke and you got a new phone all you have to do is take the SIM card from the old phone snd put in the new phone.

If you want to get eSIM, then download the Public Mobile app to the new phone and purchase eSIM from Account section.

My old phone had an eSIM, so I can’t change that, does buying a new esim change my number?

No, that is how you will keep your phone number. They do not allow you to transfer eSIM.

The transfer number option is only for briging a phone number from another carrier. it says invalid number because your phone numberr is already on your Public Mobile account.
