Hello,

I exchanged 10 Public Mobile Points by mistake. I hadn't realized that my plan allowed me to make international calls and that I had enough minutes available through a previously bought add-on: One-time $0 500 Int'l LD add-on.

Today, I exchanged 10 Public Mobile Points to buy a second add-on for long-distance international calls: Reward 300 Int'l L.D. min. But in reality, I didn't need this add-on.

Can I please return the add-on I bought today and get a refund of my 10 Public Mobile Points?
