      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/670214"&gt;@Dfar&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM will not give you a refund, but it is possible to request a bill credit for "service issues". I have gotten bill credits of $10-15.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to contact an agent and provide them with evidence, e.g. screenshots of slow speed tests, date and times of dropped calls etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
