    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/670003"&gt;@itsacat&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, rules have changed over the years on PM so I doubt if you can appeal this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;For me, I prefer the Legacy Rewards system but once it changed to the Points Rewards and force to change to the Points Reward. The other free bonus that disappeared was the More is Merrier just before Christmas where we got free data and LD calling minutes. All longtime members were disappointed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can try appealing it but I wouldn’t hold my breath…Good Luck and let us know how it turned out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bottom line…PM is a business and this is one way to make a profit.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The same here - I expected my 10 points, to buy 300 international minutes, and got 5 instead. Not enough to buy any new minutes, so it's completely useless. And now imagine, many of other carries offer now free international calls. And here, it's getting worse every year. What next?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
