      <description>&lt;P&gt;You don't need another sim card, not yet, ask PM can help.&amp;nbsp; A&lt;SPAN&gt;sk PM to provide you the PUK&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.
