      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/669891"&gt;@Kevin82&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need an active account with Public mobile to port your number to another carrier.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One exception is if you want to port to Koodo or Telus since they are part of the same company. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Only number from active account can be ported out, no exception&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will need to pay and resume the service if you need the number&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/669891"&gt;@Kevin82&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your PM account can't be inactive more than 90 days. &amp;nbsp;If more than 90 days, your PM account will be permanently closed and number lost.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Normally, you will need to receive port request text. &amp;nbsp;I have not personally ported in this situation. You may need to contact Telus porting team to help finish off the port with inactive PM account to Telus.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
