      <description>&lt;P&gt;I currently have a pixel phone with SIM card. I purchased a new iPhone 17e that uses esims.&amp;nbsp; Why do I have to $5.00 to switch to the new had set. Afterall I could just physically cha it before&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/385601"&gt;@steve321&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you said you "&lt;SPAN&gt;have a pixel phone with SIM card", so, a physical sim card?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Changing from hard sim card to eSIM is NOT free.&amp;nbsp; &lt;STRONG&gt;Only those who are currently using a PM eSIM&amp;nbsp; will get replacement eSIM for free&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp; And the free replacement also have conditions, main condition is one free replacement every 15 days&lt;/P&gt;</description>
