Hello I just tried to join public but my payment didnt go through online. I tried 2 different cards.

you must complete activation on the mobile app....did you do that ?

I've had the same thing happen to me when I first signed up with a credit card. When my card expired and I tried charging it to my new one it wouldn't accept any credit cards, only my debit card. Frustrating but maybe give it a few days and try again.
