      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had the same thing happen to me when I first signed up with a credit card. When my card expired and I tried charging it to my new one it wouldn't accept any credit cards, only my debit card. Frustrating but maybe give it a few days and try again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
