Did you ever get anywhere with this? I've had tickets in about this issue for months, eventually gave up. Today I'm able to get 60 days worth of history downloaded if I DO NOT touch the filters options, then I import the data I want into google gemini and ask it to add up only the values of "MB" and it gave me my total usage for the past two months.

EDIT: it seems to let you choose somewhere between 80-85 days worth of history. If I pick the full 90 days it won't work but less than that it will. The hamsters running the PM servers must be overwhelmed today!
