      <description>&lt;P&gt;you can call the PM porting team, but you need to enter the "wrong" number to get to live support&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can find out what wrong number you put in by checking your phone with PM sim.&amp;nbsp; I should be able to make outgoing calls.&amp;nbsp; Call someone who can tell you what "wrong" number it has now.&amp;nbsp; Then call poring team and punch in that wrong number (but porting team is now closed, you have to wait till tomorrow morning)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For the porting team number,&amp;nbsp; I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox.&amp;nbsp; Please check and call them&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you cannot reach them or they said they cannot help, you will need to contact PM using this link&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;And&amp;nbsp;CS_Agent will reply to your community inbox, check here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenote" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenote&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
