    <description>&lt;P&gt;On Monday I did a phone number transfer from Fido.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;everything worked and my number was removed from Fido account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now today 2 days later I received a text saying the number transfer could not work because it’s no longer active with the old provider.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can not log into my account because it’s connected to my old number so I can’t get the security code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what can I do? I called the old provider and they said every thing shows completed on their end and the number now belongs to public mobile. I am so frustrated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
