      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp; - I registered and paid for your service and it's not working on my phone (it seems fine on wifi but not when I'm not on wifi).&amp;nbsp; I am also unable to use the "personal hotspot" to get online from my other phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This appears to be a notice board versus a way to get in touch with a real human.&amp;nbsp; I have been in customer service pergatory for over 45 minutes.&amp;nbsp; Your online bots are very frustrating and I'm in a circular nightmare with them.&amp;nbsp; You really need human customer service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can you reach a real person to ensure the service actually works?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alison Loat&lt;/P&gt;</description>
