      <title>app not working, website not working, chatbot not working, no option to get in touch with humans?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i am unable to view my data usage anywhere on this website. everything takes me back to the main page that says i won’t be able to view my account during a period in february, clearly confused thinking it still applies. then i download the app, which is in “maintenance mode” and directs me back to the website. then i try the chatbot and it doesn’t even understand me when i click the conversion buttons IT provides me. i call 611 and it tells me i have used 75% of my data (impossible) and then a link to the website to check it, which does not work. so i have zero option to handle anything related to my account including cancel my subscription. i don’t want to, but i couldn’t even access it if i tried. is this acute maintenance or is the service broken permanently? i NEED to add more data to my account if that is somehow an accurate number, and it’s becoming an emergency, and i am completely unable to do so. i have no idea what to do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
