      <title>Phone stuck on SOS</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, I switched my wife's phone over to Public. Her phone was successfully transferred over, exepct her phone has been on SOS for quite some time. Is there any way we can get this fixed soon? She has an iPhone11 Pro Max, we have a Public SIM card in it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Old SIM has been removed and phone is not compatible with eSiM. Network has been reset, still getting the SOS status.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had to put in the old carrier SIM and accept the transfer services text. Approved it and now the public SIM is working. Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
