      <title>Subscription Did Not Change Upon Renewal</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just after my last payment was billed I noticed that Public Mobile was offering a cheaper phone plan subsciption therefor I signed up for that one - while clicking "change upon renewal" so that I was not billed twice. Yesterday my plan renewed but they did not change it. It is the same plan &amp;amp; price. I don't want to be charged a second time if I press the "change now" button. I feel like I might get stuck in this cycle if I cick on the change upon renewal button again.&amp;nbsp;Is anyone able to help navigate this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
