    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/543494"&gt;@Dwayne22&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what you meant by the payment was applied to your account without your authorization?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do you know when you joined, you explicitly clicked a box and it will enable Autopay on your account and PM will charge you every 30 days.&amp;nbsp; You won't be able to activate if you didn't click the box.&amp;nbsp; So, you have provided your consent to PM to charge you with Autopay.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you don't like Autopay, after you activated, you need to login My Account, go to Payment page, click Manage Subscription and disable "Subscribed" (means Autopay).&amp;nbsp; Did you do that?&amp;nbsp; If you didn't , then PM was right to charge you.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM is a prepaid carrier and do not provide refund in such case.&amp;nbsp; So, to avoid further charges, please go to the page I mentioned above and disable it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
