You have problem porting the number or you are asking how?

make sure your old provider account is still active

get the old provider account number

download PM app and subscribe.

You will be asked about phone number after payment step. Enter the phone number and old provider account number

Keep the old provider sim in the phone. Your old provider will send you a sms text, reply yes within 90 mins

then wait till old provider sim no longer work, you can put your PM sim card in the phone and all done

The new carrier will do everything else for them. Your account will automatically close once porting is completed so if you need to look at your previous payments or need to print them out. Do it before your account is closed.
