    <description>&lt;P&gt;We mentioned many times already, it is untrue that you cannot downgrade your plan.&amp;nbsp; It is, however, true that you might not have as many choices for download, but not totally impossible&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, if you are already have a $25 plan, you likely won't get cheaper plan to change to.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The $20 plan is strictly for new subscribers&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the longest time I was saying that you couldn't see cheaper plans or you couldn't access deals given to only new activations, but I checked today, and it seems like now you can. I had a good plan $34 for 15GB CAN/US, but now I can see plans for $30 for 30GB CAN/US/MEX and $29 for 20GB CAN/US/MEX. There is also a $35 for 100GB CAN/US/MEX plan which is pretty nice. So check your plans people.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
