Forgot email. How can I log in?

Forgot email for my kid's account. Instructions in the log in screen are useless. They send an email to my email but that's exactly what I don't know.
What shd I do?

You can login with your PM phone number and password.

@motanu1 You can always get support to help if forgot email option is not working for you

Public mobile prefers

you use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen . If that dosent work you can instead send a private message To CS_Agent

Login with the PM phone number and password . Also if you received an email it should also show your email as the recipient .
