Unfortunately, the mobile plans only contain talking minutes for UK, but not for other European countries like Germany.

I suggest adding minutes to be used with Germany, France,... as well.

what you have posted is a site for customers, PM do not monitor this forum

if you want to make suggestion, you need to open ticket with them and ask them to pass on.

Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

Sounds like you have a specific international location as part of your plan itself. You may purchase international addons.

Countries included in international long distance include: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela. Calls must originate from Canada. Any unused minutes will roll over to your next cycle.
