      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have physical sim?&amp;nbsp; If you do, test the sim in another phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have eSIM, maybe buy a new eSIM using the PM app. With a new eSIM, it will provision the account again and it should work&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/553288"&gt;@Redelmo19&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To be certain, you're in an area where you've used Data before?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you try checking to see if you've reached your plan's data limit?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recall there are plans with normal 4 and 5G data, and some have unlimited throttled-down data afterwards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it possible you're on the throttled down data and it's so slow that it just 'appears' you have no data for what you're trying to do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm certain your mobile data is toggled on, correct?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
