I joined last weekend and I'm getting slow speed. Like 700kbps on 5g with 3 bar or 20mbps on LTE with 3 bar. Is there anything to do?

what phone do you have?

try Reboot phone and click Reset network settings and use the test speed site/app to check agian

if you have a physical sim, try it on another phone

Did you check the speed when you are outside on 5G?

They are not realy better outside

S26U should work beautifully.

make sure PM sim is the only sim you have and no other carrier sim. And make sure you didn't turn on Data saver or Power saver

I reseted the network settings and i gained like 40mbps thanks you! I'll also change my profil performance as you sudgested!
