    <description>&lt;P&gt;I believe you must have --as you say changed plans on the same account - so if you you did this mid term of the existing account you will not get a refund on the remaining term.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I subscribed to a new plan thinking it would go onto the account I have now however it did not so I had to purchase another subscription. Could I receive a refund for the 1st plan&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
