Hey!

I recently hopped on my account and realized that I've been getting charged BC taxes despite living in Alberta. I was a BC resident 2.5 years ago but was with Koodo at the time. How do I get this fixed? Don't see the point in paying an extra $1.75 to a province I'm not longer a resident of.

Where you live doesn't make any difference. As long as you're still using an BC phone number, you'll need to pay the fee (and also the BC sales taxes).
