      <description>&lt;P&gt;My data will not work. I payed for this plan over a week ago, I have had the SIM card activated for days and my data doesn’t work, I can’t change the APN, and nothing else has worked. I also tried to transfer my phone number 3 separate times and it won’t change.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
