      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need log into my account and the system requires me to input OTP. &amp;nbsp;however, my current situation is that (1) I don't have access to my phone. (2) I don't have access to my email that is registered with public mobile either. (3) I am now outside North America. &amp;nbsp;Now my question is how can I access My Account? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Using a different phone than your cell phone to call your cell phone number and check your voice messages. A code will be left there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
