I need log into my account and the system requires me to input OTP. however, my current situation is that (1) I don't have access to my phone. (2) I don't have access to my email that is registered with public mobile either. (3) I am now outside North America. Now my question is how can I access My Account?

You can use the resend code/didn't get code feature to have the code sent to your voicemail. Using a different phone than your cell phone to call your cell phone number and check your voice messages. A code will be left there.
