      <title>Cannot receive or make call after activation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I activated a new SIM yesterday and still unable to receive or make calls or texts. I have tried troubleshooting, toggled airplane on and off, reset network settings and restarted device several times . Pls kindly assist and help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;what phone do you have?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can you text and receive text and data work?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;since you already tried Reset network settings, you might need PM to reprovision the account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.
