      <description>&lt;P&gt;What phone do you have?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do this to fix: Reboot phone and Reset network settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And you might want to get PM involved if that does not work, ask them to check and refresh your account.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.
