      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/667277"&gt;@Maria1936&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you need to keep your phone number, leave your account active first.&amp;nbsp; Join your new carrier and request porting your number.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;After your number is ported, your account will be closed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you do not need your number, then you just need to login My Account, go to Payment, Manage Subscription and turn off Subscribed.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;PM will not renew your account after your current cycle, and your account will be suspended and closed eventually&lt;/P&gt;</description>
