    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hey there!&lt;BR /&gt;Few minutes ago I subscribed to a plan and proceeded to activate the eSIM but the app refused to set it up for some reason and told me to reach out to support and I cannot do anything at the moment except contact support. I also cannot continue to activate the account and log in cause activation code gets sent to unactivated eSIM.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
