You pay ahead for your cell service. When you successfully transfer your number to a new provider, your Public Mobile account is automatically deactivated. There will be no more billed your plan. There's no funds owed when your plan is deactivated, so you won't get a final bill...your account just ceases. If you do need a record of your past Public Mobile bills, then follow steps provided by softech. Just rest assured, you won't get a final invoice for anything owing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
