I signed up 2 days ago with public mobile. My previous provider gave me a better deal and i went back with them only to realize the plan was not what they were advertising.

I've paid for public mobile already, CS team as told me there isn't any refunds. is it possible to transfer my number back to public mobile to use this plan (and hopefully cancel this cancels service my previous provider).

Thanks!

I can do that but I assume my original payment is lost? Maybe I can just do a chargeback. seems silly I can't get either my money or plan back.

thanks!
