      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same here, in Richmond just travelled to North Vancouver data didn’t work throughout the whole drive. Text and call still working. Phone still shows access to 5G LTE etc but no actually Internet connection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The numbers shown are therefore not a reflection of any current issue. At most, they could only serve as a very rough reference to overall service reliability over a 15-day period.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Vancouver example I brought up is not a one-off. In fact, all areas show a similar pattern, where different types of issues are combined into a single number for each carrier, based on small, voluntary samples collected over multiple days.
