    <description>&lt;P&gt;Switched over to public mobile from bell&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;everything seems to work, texts, data and phone calls going out but it won’t receive calls and goes directly to voicemail???? Any suggestions?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/666484"&gt;@Kyle2026&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you already have the PM sim card in the phone?&amp;nbsp; make sure the Bell sim card is removed and Bell eSIM is disabled, then try Reboot the phone once more and check inbound calls&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you still cannot receive calls, try this again in an hour or try in the morning.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
