Available funds show pre tax amount only

Also with the credit, it works this way. Let say you have a $25 plan. when renew, you $10 credit will kick in and you will then be charged $15+tax, not $25+ tax. So, you didn't lose the tax on the $10

Hi again,

I tried buying the SIM card again, got charged twice (that's the third time). I got a refund in credits but only $10, what about the $1.50 for the taxes. I'd like to have all $34.50 credit to my account.

Please, remove the feature of buying the SIM card through the website.

Please and thank you!

A $10 Public Mobile account credit already covers the sales tax. It doesn't get charged again for that $10.

If you think you should be credited back for 2 or 1 more $10, you need to go back to your original message where you asked for the credit and advise them.

There are others that need the SIM card options to purchase so they would not remove it. It's also a sale for the company, so why would they do that?
