Where is the 24 dollar plan with more data according to the text I was sent on Febuary 27th

@Hopsing If you had a special text offer you would have to reply YES to it before it expires, otherwise you can only choose from the plans that are available to you in your account despite why you see on the website

log in to your account to see all available to you plans. Not everyone has all the same availability. If you rec'd an text offer, perhaps you were supposed to reply YES to the offer to be applied to next renewal.

added... I currently have a $19 plan and when I log in to my account, I can see the $24 / 8GB's available still. Try logging in to your account using the laptop...see if you do have access to that plan.

I hope you didn't miss it, as we don't know how long that offer will stays there

but you were one of those who has the $20 3GB plan now and seeing a $4 hike? you should see it in My Account -> Change Subscription page. Try login My Account again using browser with Incognito mode
