    <description>&lt;P&gt;My activation failed because the SIM is not compatible with my Oukitel android phone. Public Mobile took $44 from me prematurely as account cannot be activated. Please refund as this is unethical. When can I expect to see funds back in my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think you need to revise your system as you shouldn't be taking payment until account is activated. It makes your site seem like a scam. I asked a lawyer and he said to request immediate refund. Thank you,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
