      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/628975"&gt;@Loraine19&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;check if your account is active or suspended for non-payment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if it is active, the issue is usually you didn't remove the travel sim card or travel esim.&amp;nbsp; Remove the travel sim card, delete the travel esim.&amp;nbsp; And check VPN screen, you should delete Profile created by your travel sim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then, make sure PM sim is active and set as Primary.&amp;nbsp; Last, reboot phone and click Reset network settings&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Try that and see if it helps also note by reseting network settings you will have to re add wifi passwords also&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Did you use a travel eSIM while away?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As mentioned in earlier posts, reboot your phone.&amp;nbsp; Network reset of phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Remove or inactivate any travel eSIM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
