Where can I find an official invoice that shows the breakdown of the HST charged on the amount charged to my credit card for the 90 day plan?

To my knowledge, they don't do invoices here. Most pre-paid cellular services don't offer invoices.

Correct no invoices, you basiscally have to use the info in My Account to get whatever invoice data you need.

Thanks! There is no mention of hst anywhere in my account.. Would you say it's safe to assume it's included in whatever amount was charged to my cc and calculate it manually? For example, if charged $120/90 day cycle, hst $13.81??
