If you run out of data…data stops working and you need to purchase more add-on data and reboot your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should also login to your account and go to Subscription-Manage Subscription-Change Subscription and look at what plans you are eligible to switch too. You might see a plan with more data at the same price.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/604642"&gt;@Annbananz&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just to clarify. &amp;nbsp;You stated that you purchased 15 day add on for $30. &amp;nbsp;That is the US roaming talk, data add on. &amp;nbsp;Is that what you wanted to purchase? &amp;nbsp;Are you in the USA right now? &amp;nbsp;The Canada data add ons are 30 day in duration.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, which plan are you on? &amp;nbsp;Some old grandfathered PM plans had unlimited throttled data. &amp;nbsp;Meaning that if you ran out of your data, you could continue using data unlimited but a very slow speed. &amp;nbsp;These plans are unable to purchase Canada wide data add ons (since unlimited data)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Customer service agent responses are much slower over the weekend. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;P.S. I combined your three different posts since similar posts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
