    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have recently logged in to my account after a few years with another mobile service. It is locked on the last step (number 4) of subscription asking me to activate a plan I no longer want. I would like the account to go back to step number 1 with a fresh list of subscription options. Ie. I would like to be able to go back to step one like I am a new customer. Your account is closed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to start fresh and purchase a new SIM/eSIM and create a new account on the app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
